Immunity Tip #1: Make like a gorilla and pound your chest (flat fists) in the center, over your sternum, for about 20 seconds. The point to find is at the level of the space between your 4th and 5th rib. Just midway between your nipples, (if you imagine Buff-Man nipples, where they would be.) Anyhoo... the point is called Ren 17. Beat back n forth on this central spot and, or, tap, using the tips of the three central fingers. This will heighten your immunity, help clear junk from the lungs, and keep them open and active!
Immunity Tip #2: Acupressure circles at a sweet spot below your knee, on the outer side. The point is called S 36. Use 1 or 2 fingers. Or use a squash ball, or a walnut. Press down and stay there. Rotate clockwise in little circles in this area. It's Chinese name translates to "walk three miles" cuz it will take you 3 more when you think you can't go on. Really boosts immunity, mood, strength. Do for 5 minutes. Twice a day is great!
"Immunity Tip #3: "Shaking Qi Gong". This is very grounding and also gets qi flowing well, so important for a finely-tuned immune system! Stand tall, relaxed, Feet under hipbones, whole spine aligned. It's a gentle, and steady bounce up n' down by bending knees. Feet stay planted. Allow all your body to move as it will. No muscles engaged at all, the only one's are your legs supporting the gentle bounce of your knees. Relax shoulders, neck. Drop your hips down. Notice your arms will flail a bit sometimes as your body becomes alligned, you may feel the need to shake out shoulders a bit at the start. Your neck will loosen and jiggle. Relaxed breathing. Relaxed belly. Let yourself go to the rhythm that's yours. It's a challenge to do longer than 30 seconds with being in that one unique rhythm, your own. Work up to that feeling, to maintain it for a whole minute. Eventually it's a 5 minute exercise. Experiment with different songs. Lately I like “Rock Steady”, Aretha franklin, “Regatta de Blanc”, The Police, or “Flotus”, Lambchop.

K 1 Grounding Rub. Use the pinky side of your hand, make like you are going to do a Karate chop. Place it in the arch on the sole of your foot, rub back n forth till you feel heat that could spark a fire. The point you are targeting is called Kidney 1. Continue a little longer and you've done it. Both sides now ( like Joni Mitchel, so circumspect) and you are ready for a good night's rest. The MOST important thing we can do to be well. Get off of screens 2 hours before bedtime. Avoid the disease of lonliness. Call a friend or family member everyday. Talk. On the phone. Reach out to do kindness, YOU will feel better.
This is a Guasha technique. Grab a spoon. ceramic Asian soop spoon is great! A Metal spoon is fine. Put your hair up and scrape down from the ridge of bone behind your head down your neck, do it in that direction only, sending energy down away form that busy mind.
